A practical pick for a quick business visit. Breakfast is included, and the basic room was comfortable enough for a night or two.

I was pleased that One Puebla Finsa was clean and well kept, but breakfast got repetitive since the same mediocre food was served each day. I noticed my wireless earphones were missing on my last day and told reception, but nobody got back to me. The website contact form brought no reply either. Then I saw the earphones had been logged at the hotel on July 17, a week after I checked out. I’d like the hotel to get in touch and help me recover them.

The employees were really friendly and did their best to accommodate us. Our room was fairly simple but pleasant, with good beds. Parking felt secure, and there are elevators and handicap access. I’d stay again.

Police officers were having breakfast alongside the guests, still carrying those long, big guns, so be prepared to see a lot of armed men. The breakfast itself was fresh and nicely presented, though there wasn't much choice. It worked well for an overnight stop on the way to Oaxaca.

Breakfast was excellent, and there's underground parking, free WiFi, and local calls. A convenience store is nearby. The rooms are small, and the VW factory is right across the road, well away from the city. The highway closes for maintenance from 22h to 5h.
