We loved the original features they’ve kept, like the arches and stone walls. It’s a charming boutique hotel in the central historic district. The owners were so welcoming and made us feel at home. Before we arrived, they were also extremely helpful with directions for getting to Puebla from CDMX, plus local suggestions for places to eat and things to do. We loved everything about our stay.

I spent four nights here and would gladly return. It’s a beautiful, quiet, clean, and comfortable hotel, decorated with local art and just a few minutes’ walk from Zocalo. The people working here are really nice.

The architecture at Solazul is stunning, from the patio to the rooms. The staff made me feel so at home that I left feeling like I’d gained new family members. They also gave me great suggestions for food and things to do. It was hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t recommend Solazul enough. I’m looking forward to going back soon.

On our first visit to Puebla, the team and the space at Solazul became a real highlight of the trip. Everyone was incredibly hospitable and made sure things were just right. If you want to stay right in downtown Puebla, I can’t recommend Solazul enough.

The service was what made this stay. They welcomed us with drinks, made tea when we came back cold at night, and brought a heater for our room. They helped with everything they could, and did it so well. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, quiet at night, and has what you need for a comfortable rest. Highly recommend.
