We enjoyed the hotel, especially its spot across from the museum and park, which made morning walks easy. We had pepperoni pizza for dinner at the restaurant one night, and the holiday decorations looked wonderful as they were getting ready for the season.

The breakfast room opened an hour late, and I was charged full price even though my Diamond Member status should have meant a discount. My membership wasn't taken into account at all. Check-in was a drawn-out mess. I got little information, and what I was told turned out to be wrong. Calling the front desk and speaking English didn't help either, they hung up and offered no assistance. Simply awful. One of the worst Hilton hotels I've stayed in, and the whole stay was needlessly tedious.

The room was spotless and had an incredible view of Popocatépetl. Food and bus stations were close by, too. The guest service agent who checked me in was especially professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. Her kindness and great service made the stay pleasant, and I'd gladly return.

I spent 12 nights at the Hilton Angelópolis for work. The staff were great, especially the guys at the bar who took such good care of me. Breakfast was just right, with plenty of choices, including American options. There are lots of restaurants and a Walmart within walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here on my next trip to Puebla.
