The only small downside was the internet, which didn't reach well, perhaps because our room was upstairs in a corner. We came to see the sights, not stay in and watch YouTube, so it wasn't a big deal. The hotel is a six-minute walk from the Zocalo and very close to all the tourist attractions. Lalo was always helpful with recommendations and tour discounts, and the woman at the front desk and Lalo were smiling and ready to help from the start. My family and I loved our stay. I hope to see the staff again when we visit Puebla soon. Thanks, Hotel Boutique Casona 65 ❤️❤️❤️

The cafe does gourmet coffee really well without the pretentious feel some places at that level have. Service was amazing, and the staff were kind, helpful, and nice. Great location, highly recommend.

The staff were lovely and so kind, and the location made it easy to walk to bus tours and the busy areas. A courtyard in the middle gives the place a relaxing feel. The rooms are beautiful, and the cafe downstairs has amazing food and coffee, which made it easy to get the day started.

Right in Puebla's historic center, the location is perfect, with major attractions, restaurants, and landmarks all within walking distance. The area felt very safe. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, and the boutique feel was charming, elegant, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout. Special thanks to Eduardo, who went above and beyond and made our stay exceptional. We had an amazing time at Hotel Boutique Casona 65. Highly recommended.

A large, clean room and a comfortable courtyard made this a great basic place to stay. The coffee shop in the lobby is great too. It’s two blocks from the cathedral area, away from the hubbub, and the front desk and doorman were super helpful.
