The location is handy for the central square, and the showers have strong pressure. Staff also helped us book a taxi. But we paid for a balcony room and got one with no outside windows. It was humid, and the plastic-like pillows crinkled when we lay down. Noise came through from the hallway and from staff downstairs late at night, and the breakfast bread was stale. For this price, I think you can find somewhere better.

The staff were welcoming, and the location was great. We liked having an outdoor area, and the light breakfast was just right. The sheets and towels were clean, though they could use an update.

It’s a good spot by the main attractions and the price is competitive, but the stay was rough. The old historic building has been divided into rooms in a way that ignores its original layout, which felt like a shame. Our room smelled damp, was cold and humid, and there’s no heating. It also lacked many standard hotel touches. Across the street, a very loud bar stays open until early morning, so sleep is hard. Staff went through my belongings and didn’t seem to understand hospitality. This place could be a luxury hotel, but it feels like the owner left it to someone without much idea how to look after guests.

We liked this little Hotel. It was clean and ready for us, the front desk service was kind, and though she didn’t speak English, she used Google translator for anything important. Breakfast was modest but a nice start, and we could leave our bags as long as we needed. The rooms don’t block sound well. One evening, the front desk man had a friend over and played something loudly on a TV or phone, which wasn’t nice. Also, there was a nail hidden in the bathroom door in room 16. I stepped on it and badly hurt my foot. It’s a small detail, but worth mentioning.
