ELI T.
I was booked to stay with a friend, but they cancelled at the last minute for an absurd reason and refused to refund us. It felt dishonest. There are plenty of better, more trustworthy alternatives nearby, so avoid this hotel.

For a private room, this was very good overall. The bed was comfortable, though it was a small double, and the shower had plenty of hot water. A basic breakfast was included. The place is very nice and in a great location. The upstairs terrace is such a mess that it should probably just be closed.
I stayed here on one of my first visits to puebla, and it's very close to downtown. It's cheap, and the terrace was pretty dope. There were usually other people around to hang out with. It wasn't the cleanest place I've slept, and room service was fair at best.
Breakfast is included, and you can reserve directly through the website. The six-bed dorms cost 190 pesos a night, while I think the larger dorms are around 120 pesos. The place is well designed and very clean, and it's close to the center, no more than a five-minute walk.
Really good value for the money, with friendly staff and an amazing location. The beds and showers were okay. I stayed in a dorm with around 12 people, and it took quite a while for the water to warm up, but for 150 pesos a night, what should you expect? I'd recommend it.
