There are lots of other places around here in Puebla if you want to be close to the zocalo. The hotel played music loudly all day and past midnight, and it carried into the rooms. If you want to rest, this won’t work. The rooms were old and very humid, and the mini barely blew any air. Lighting was dim, the tubs were rusty and old, the floor was dirty, and both towels and sheets were old and stained. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and I won’t return.

The place could use some upgrades, but the staff’s care and attention made up for it. The service was amazing. There’s a restaurant and bar upstairs, so keep that in mind when booking, though it didn’t bother us at all. I’d book again.

The staff were great, so they weren’t the problem. The hotel itself was a terrible experience. There’s a club upstairs and a restaurant downstairs, which meant incredibly loud music all night and the smell of food all day. I couldn’t rest. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The roof terrace music was unbelievably loud, and it made the whole experience horrible. It might have been a nice place otherwise. Stay away, there are too many better options in Puebla.
