The showers are extraordinary, with hot water 24/7, and the taps are correctly marked in English and with colors. That kind of detail means a lot, especially since some places get the hot and cold taps reversed. There is a bit of a sewage smell, though. As a blind person, I found this hotel much more accessible than most places I've been in Mexico. There are plenty of stairs, and some steps could probably use clearly visible painted markings, but motion-sensitive lights cover nearly the whole place. They make it easy to find the bathrooms without hunting for a switch. The entry uses an NFC keyless system, too. Staff were really cool and helped carry my bags upstairs. I've faced discrimination in Mexico before, so their kindness and help really stood out. If you're vision impaired, I highly recommend it. The hotel is atmospheric and classy, and what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Everything feels properly done, and you get what you pay for and more. I can hardly believe a place this good is also so affordable. Five stars all the way. Thanks for being one of the few places that doesn't try to scam you or nickel-and-dime you. This place is the real deal.

The staff were helpful and flexible when I arrived late, and the place was quiet at night. It was clean and peaceful during my lovely stay. There's even a pizza restaurant on site if you don't feel like going out, and the main sights are close by.

The location worked well, with other places just a walk away, though there wasn't much going on right nearby. We enjoyed the stay, and the simple room was clean. The basic cooking facilities were in good shape, and the WiFi was generally fine despite cutting out now and then. The showers eventually got hot. There's a cute patio, although I don't think it gets much sun this time of year. The walls are solid, so sound carries from the other rooms.

The social area was a great place to hang out and chat, and it's close to the city center. Good value for the price. There are lots of clean toilets and showers, plus free water refills to help avoid plastic bottles and very big lockers. A couple of downsides: some showers have a lot of water output, and the charger point was loose with my adaptor.

We had a comfortable bed in our private room, good facilities, and a great location. I especially liked the outdoor space for relaxing. The only drawback was the street noise at night. Such a nice hostel.
