The owner was lovely, and we did enjoy the property, which makes how frustrated we left feel like a shame. The room was beautiful and the views were great, but the front desk host was poor at communicating and often had no manners. We had to ask other staff to track him down whenever we needed something. During our stay there were power cuts and ongoing maintenance, including constant drilling while my partner had a migraine, as well as bugs in the room. When we raised these issues, he brushed us off and didn't help. The owner told us our room upgrade included breakfast, which we appreciated, but at checkout the host charged us for every breakfast. I explained what the owner had said; he denied it and claimed he'd told us by text, though there was no evidence of such a message.

The people working there were the loveliest part of our stay. Casa Roni is beautiful, with a great atmosphere, location, restaurant, and rooms. Thanks so much, we'd love to come back.

We stayed in the “zipolite” room and loved the luxury, especially the shower view and watching sunrise from bed. Having a small kitchen was handy, and Raul's breakfast was delicious. Casa roni feels like paradise, just a short walk up the hill from estacahuite beach. Thanks to the team for taking such good care of us. We really didn't want to leave.

The ocean view from the infinity pool was so good I could have stayed there all night. The beach is a short walk down the hill, with excellent snorkeling nearby too. My wife and I had a wonderful time at Casa Roni, hosted so well by Miguel, Danny & Carly. The place has roomy, open living and kitchen areas, comfortable bedrooms, and lovely custom woodwork. We'd love to come back. 5 stars!

We only had one night in the lovely one bedroom bungalow at Casa Roni, and wished we could have stayed much longer. It was spacious, had everything we needed, and felt peaceful, with the layout making great use of the cove where the house sits. The views are magical, and the photos are true to the place. The internet was excellent, so we could work while enjoying the scenery and our morning coffee. Danny was easy to reach and replied right away whenever we had a question or needed anything. We hope to return!
