El Dorado Seaside Suites Palms by Karisma - Adults only - All inclusive

The entertainment team made our honeymoon feel so welcoming and special. We loved spending our days by the pool with them, especially Luana, Andres, and Benjamin. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and the food was really tasty. My husband and I had a wonderful time here and would absolutely recommend it. We'd come back in the future.

The pool bar entertainment at the seaside suites was such a blast, especially BEN AND LUANA. Julio and the other bartender, Sergio I think, looked after us and were always having fun. The shuttle rides were great when our feet were tired, and the daily turndown service was a lovely extra. Even the pools are salt water! We spent seven days here and I felt completely spoiled. The food was 10/10, room service was great, and the beach was beautiful. Snorkeling included with our stay was life changing. It was my first trip to Mexico and I feel like we hit the jackpot choosing this place. I already want to go back. If you're wondering whether to book, just do it.

The foam party was so much fun, I felt like a little kid again. Benjamin, Luana, and Andres brought great energy to the pool, Cumi was rocking it behind the bar, and the whole crew added to the vibe. There was plenty to enjoy without leaving the resort, and the pool was where I spent most of my time. I'd definitely come back. The private room pool and the bathroom jacuzzi were a really nice surprise. I also loved the big shower with its rainfall head. A few things could be improved. There was some mold or mildew on the patio curtains, and a few crevices needed better dusting and cleaning. One ceiling fan didn't work. The glass door wouldn't close flush, so I could hear the wind all night. I left it open a few inches to stop the noise. The complimentary slippers need more grip because the floors get slippery when they sweat. The cranberry and orange juice tasted watered down.

We took two excursions, one to the rescue with the cenote and the other a catamaran trip with snorkeling. We all had a blast both days. Back at El Dorado Seaside Suites, everything was exceptionally clean, and every employee was kind and went out of their way to look after us. I've never had customer service at this level. Luana, Benjamin, and Andres kept the activities going with great energy, from volleyball and aerobics to crafts and bingo. Carlos from beverages led a class on making some delicious signature drinks. Crisantos, Tiburico, and the other bartenders kept us supplied with lovely cocktails. Francisco, Jesus, Victor, and the rest of transportation got us where we needed to go efficiently and with care, plus a bit of entertainment. We had an amazing time.
