Check-in was easy, and the host sent the instructions before we arrived. At first there was some confusion because I thought I'd booked a room with AC, but was put in one without it. The host sorted that out quickly. The staff were nice, and the common area had lots of greenery. It's centrally located in a safe area, close to the ADO bus terminal, Chedraui, the airport, and the beach. There are often homeless people hanging out outside OXXO, but they seemed harmless, and we had no issues during our 5-night stay.

Such a cute place, right in the center and close to all the western beaches. Great value for money, though the street noise and inconsistent internet were the downsides.

Ashley, the hostess, came across as strange and arrogant, and made me feel really awkward and uncomfortable. I'd skip this place. If you're going to run a place like this, learn how to deal with people and be more social. Her communication skills are basically nonexistent.

The kitchen and terrace were surprisingly great, stocked with everything you'd need and kept clean. The ocean is about a 10-minute walk away, which is pretty close for the price, and there's a large grocery store nearby if you want to cook. Our room faced a busy street, so we expected noise to be a problem, but it was fine. The city quiets down at night and we slept well. I'd recommend it if you're after a nice place on a budget.
