There’s an Oxxo and other shops nearby if you need food. The room was spacious, with air conditioning, a TV, and a nice shower with some toiletries. But I found hair from the previous guest in the shower, and eating anything in the room brings in lots of ants. I got bitten by mosquitoes several times while waiting in the lobby. The rooms don’t block sound well either. At 1 a.m., people talking loudly in the lobby could be heard at the end of the hall.

For the price, this place was great. I just wish there’d been a little fridge in the room. Otherwise, wonderful.

The ground floor rooms have no windows, so there’s no ventilation apart from the air conditioning. The TV didn’t work, and nobody knew how to fix it. The hotel feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere, away from the beach. The nearest beach you can walk to is crowded and full of boats. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

You can get around easily from here, and there’s parking. It isn’t right in the center, but it’s not far, and the Wi-Fi is good enough. For the price, the place is adequate: the facilities are maintained, the air conditioning works well, and it seems clean enough. Room service has to be requested. The beds advertised as king-size aren’t, the mattresses aren’t very comfortable, and the TVs are faulty. I’m not sure it’s a good fit for families with children.

The reception area is unbearably hot, with no air conditioning, and the receptionist had a terrible attitude and poor customer service. We couldn’t get a good night’s sleep because the pillows were extremely hard. From the day we arrived, there was trash in the bins, the towels were stained, and extra towels cost more. Our room was dirty the whole time. We asked for it to be cleaned on two days in a row, and it wasn’t done. They don’t resolve anything. Avoid the unpleasant experience of booking here. 😡
