I especially liked the coworking room, with its big desk and lovely ocean view, and the little third-floor terrace was a nice place to work out. At Pargos Hotel, the wifi was good, the staff were helpful, and rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast changed each day, so we got to try every option during our week. The hotel is close to Chedraui, within walking distance of Manzanillo and Angelito, and near bus stops for going farther out. There's cold drinking water in the lobby to refill your bottle. The cats can get a bit loud at night.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very accommodating. It's handy being beside the supermarket and about a 15-minute walk from Playa Manzanillo. Unfortunately, the bathroom was very moldy and smelled that way. Every night, we also heard dogs fighting loudly around midnight to 1am. For me, it's a 3.5/5.

The hotel is clean and well looked after, with thoughtfully designed rooms. The beach is great and just a short walk away. I did find the bathroom cramped and in need of a redesign and upgrades, with broken floor tiles patched over and a shower that's seen better days. Traffic noise is another issue, though that's more or less common throughout Mexico. Double-glazed windows could help a lot.

We'd stay here again. The coworking space was just right, with air conditioning, plenty of work areas, and a lovely sea view. Our room had air conditioning and twin beds, and it was clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The rate included breakfast, which was delicious. Monday's chilaquiles were the best I've had. There are two pools to cool off in, too.
