Hotel Suites Villasol

The service really stood out throughout our visit. Jesla and Jaime at reception, Noemi with the Tours team, and Alejandro at the Restaurant were especially kind. Even with the language barrier, they were ready to help and made time for us despite being busy. Our group had a wonderful time here. Definitely worth a visit, and absolutely recommended!

The place has such a relaxing feel and great energy, and it's beautiful too. Dani from the Bugambilias department was especially kind and attentive, with outstanding service the whole time. He made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for a getaway, and if you're here, look for Dani. He's one of the best! 💫

The meals from the kitchen were consistently delicious and beautifully made. I'd recommend the fish or shrimp tacos & gauc. Housekeeping and maintenance kept everything spotless and in order, while the front desk staff were welcoming and attentive. The service was just as good day and night. A big thank-you to Carlos, Keren, Jakeline and everyone from the day crew, Lupillo from the night crew, and Arturo and Hugo. Alejandra at the bar made every evening warmer with her hospitality. I was at Villa Sol for a work trip, and the team made it feel comfortable and memorable from the moment I arrived. There's real professionalism and heart here. I can't recommend it highly enough, whether you're visiting for work or leisure.

There's plenty to explore, shop, eat, drink, and relax nearby, and the location feels magical. The hotel is incredible, with a welcoming team and hospitality that felt especially thoughtful. They stayed on top of the usual issues that come up. The whole team is fantastic, and Hugo & Arturo are especially great in the evenings.
