They charged my credit card twice and did nothing when I complained. Really disappointing. Don’t pay by credit card!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the person in charge was super friendly. The whole building has a really attractive design. I’m not sure whether it’s an Airbnb, but it felt similar: the access card is left with a security guard, who checks your ID before handing it over.

Walk out of the room and it feels like you’re surrounded by forest, even though the hotel sits right in the city and there’s some noise. I’m definitely coming back whenever I’m in Puebla. For the price, I can’t believe how much you get. In San Miguel de Allende, places like this go for more than 5,000 pesos a night. Everything worked for me: it was clean and comfortable, the design was lovely, the furniture felt quality, and the little details were fantastic. It was an almost unbelievable stay. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, the floor was clean, and the design was nice. It is expensive, but still a really nice place to stay.
