Villa Estero

The home was absolutely beautiful, and our family vacation there couldn't have gone better. Our four kids and their significant others enjoyed every minute. Raul and Patty were always ready to help, and we loved spending time talking with them each day. Thanks for going out of your way to make the trip a memory of a lifetime!

Daniel the Chef cooked brunch and dinner for us every day, and everyone loved every meal. Raul, the on-site property manager, was always nearby and ready to help with whatever we needed, while Patty's daily visits to make the beds and tidy the house went beyond what we expected. We loved the property, its luxury, and all the amenities. It topped every other luxury resort we've stayed at in Cabo.

The layout, design ideas, and location are all great, and the service and maintenance staff were good. But the house felt poorly maintained, with little upgrading, and it was overpriced compared with competitors. We rented another home during the same stay that cost less and was better upgraded and maintained. For a structure built in 2007, it felt run down. The doors were very hard to open and close smoothly, the internet was slow, the audio system didn't work properly, and the TVs were old and small. There were flies and a moth infestation. I counted 26 moths while sitting still in the living room. After leaving home in California and paying over $14,000 for five nights, I expected more.

Really, who wouldn't want to go here?
