The house is okay, but it’s full of flies. The owner is the problem. Chuck lives one house over and doesn’t share “his” beach. If you put out chairs or a shade cloth, he’ll call security on you multiple times, then deny calling. The other two reviewers, Chuck and Charles, are the owner and his son reviewing their own property.
I’ve stayed here several times since my first review, and it’s still one of my favorite places in Rocky Point. The property is comfortable, nicely appointed, has a garage, and gives you great access to the beach.
A great place to stay. The outside lights could use a little attention.
It needs better lighting.
