The room had a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and useful appliances: a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. The upper pool area was fun, and the staff were very polite. It was clean apart from a large bug that appeared when we got back, possibly a roach. There’s no front desk for emergencies or late check-in. There are lots of stairs, which may not work for everyone, and quite a bit of street noise. If it weren’t for that large bug...

We paid about $250 US for five nights, which felt like a steal, and the staff were helpful and great. It’s just off the beach, about a one minute walk to the sand, so you can have a drink in hand in no time. The room had plenty of space and good amenities, including a safe, full kitchen, A/C, and cable TV, though everything was older and a little worn. It was fine for us since we didn’t spend much time in the room. We were on the street side, but it never got too loud. I’d stay here again and recommend it.

Christian helped my girlfriend and me out when our Airbnb fell through, letting us check in really late. He and Jessica are both very nice people. The beds are fantastic, and the beach views from the room and some corner units are great. The rooms are comfortable. If you get one of the two bedroom, two bathroom suites, it seems perfect for a family trip.

We keep coming back to this place whenever we’re in Puerto Vallarta. The service is great, it’s right by the beach, and there are lovely views even though the building isn’t directly on the sand. We’ve become good friends with the owners. When my mother’s wedding was in October 2018, they gave our guests a great rate and helped however they could. It’s in an area that might seem noisy, but the place itself is quiet and feels very safe. I’m hoping to plan my 21st birthday in PV and will definitely call them about booking. The one thing I’d mention for anyone with a very sensitive nose is that it can sometimes smell of sewage when you first enter the room. It’s not terrible, and it hasn’t put me off returning. The owners aren’t always downstairs, sometimes they’re in their office, but they give you a phone number when you book. You can reach them for keys, questions, or problems, and they respond quickly. Give them a try!

Our apartment had a full kitchen, air conditioning, a table, and a couch. It was a great setup, and the beach was only about a hundred feet away. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance too.
