The people managing the building were warm and accommodating, and the private, clean, roomy space made for a cozy stay. Its location in Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romantica was about as good as it gets for enjoying the neighborhood. I liked it much more than the nearby hotels and will come back next time.

Norma and Sandy kept the apartment immaculate, and Faby and Claudia made check-in and checkout easy while helping with anything I needed. The whole staff made the stay feel special. The location was great, close to the beaches, restaurants, and bars. Since it's a smaller hotel, the pool was never busy, which made for a relaxing atmosphere.

I love staying at Andales on the Bay, and this was visit number two. The pool and upper patio are lovely places to unwind and enjoy the views. It's clean and feels safe, and the housekeepers are kind and helpful. The kitchen could use more basic supplies for anyone planning to cook larger meals, but that wasn't a big deal, and the hosts are happy to provide things.

We rented both penthouses in January for our family and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were lovely, the staff friendly, and the location excellent. The only thing that could have improved it would have been a warmer pool.

The food here is amazing, and the prices aren't touristy. I’ve had PV as my second home for 5 years, and this is the best restaurant and hotel I've stayed in. You're a block from the beach, and those huge $5 margaritas cost 2-3x less than at my other favorite bars and restaurants. It's an absolute can't-miss in PV for a place to stay, eat, and drink.
