We stayed nine days and nobody came to clean even once. The rooms smelled really bad and had mold everywhere. Door knobs and locks were damaged, the laundry didn't work, and the bedding and cutlery were poor. The washrooms barely worked or didn't work properly. They charge five star rent for zero star facilities. Don't rent here and ruin your money and holiday trip.

The views were amazing, and the beach, shops, and tourist attractions were close by. Gerardo was our host and made everything easy. The rooms and beds were clean, and the pool was super clean too. We had a great weekend here, and I'd definitely recommend the property if you want to have a good time in Puerto Vallarta!

It was about a mile's walk to town, which was a plus. The house itself was just okay, and I wouldn't go back. It was listed for 16 people but barely slept 14, and it wasn't fully stocked with basics like towels, washcloths, dish soap, and dishwasher soap. We had to mop the floors again. None of the bedroom or bathroom doors locked, the sliding doors leaked onto the floor when it rained, and the master bedroom ceiling leaked.

I was there as a guest of the people who rented it, and none of us could swim in the pool. The photo showed it blue, but when we arrived it was green and full of algae, like a swamp. The pool was one of the main reasons they booked the property. The beds were really uncomfortable, and my lower back got so stiff that I had to go get a massage. At the end, the renter was looking for any reason to keep our deposit. Next time I'll stay at a resort.
