D'toscana Residencial, PH #11 Condo in Nuevo Vallarta With Rooftop Pool

I spent 11 months in apartment 103 of Pisa D'Toscana, and I don't recommend renting from this couple. They kept our security deposit even though we went out of our way to get any damage repaired before leaving, including water damage below the air conditioning unit. We also had the apartment cleaned every week. The pool in the Pisa Building overlooks the Los Tigres water treatment facility, and many days it's brown and smells bad.

I had an amazing time staying in apartment PH5 last December. It's spacious and classy, with an incredible view of PV from the balcony. The complex is very well serviced, with a beautiful infinity pool overlooking superb views and a well-stocked gym. Some lovely bars and restaurants aren't too far away, and the drive into old Vallarta is manageable. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone visiting PV!

The building felt welcoming and well maintained, with a thoughtful design and friendly staff. The rooftop pool was a standout, with great views and a nice atmosphere for relaxing or socializing. Poolside drink service made it easy to unwind without leaving my chair. I was also impressed by the workout facilities. The gym was spacious, modern and equipped with a broad selection of machines and free weights for different fitness levels. There were separate areas for stretching and functional training too. These are some of the best public workout facilities I've seen in a hotel or condo. Whether you want a relaxing stay or a more active lifestyle, this condo has a lot to offer. I highly recommend it for a visit or a longer-term home. It delivers on comfort, luxury and convenience.

For Apartment PH5, the rooftop pool was the highlight. The place is spotless, the facilities are amazing, and the view is beautiful. It's in a brilliant location, with lovely bars and food just a walk away. 10/10.
