Sierra was always at the desk when we needed him and went out of his way to make the stay nice. The rooms were good, the place felt secure and accommodating, and there were plenty of coolers with fresh drinking water around the property. We also liked the pool area on the upper deck. Hotel Pueblito Vallarta was an easy walk from excellent breakfast spots and some great taco places. Being beside a busy road made it easy to get an Uber out of the Romantic Zone without getting stuck in traffic. We really enjoyed our stay.

My room faced away from the street, so it was very quiet, and I met a nice group of people by the pool. The location is amazing, right in the middle of Zona Romantica and an easy walk to the beach. The staff were kind, and manager Jose was really helpful. I was there during the recent difficult events, and the hotel staff stayed dedicated and looked after all the guests. I really enjoyed my time at the HOTEL PUEBLITO VALLARTA and would highly recommend it.

Clean and quiet, with excellent staff. It's an older hotel, but it has clearly been refurbished nicely and even has an elevator. I've been visiting Puerto Vallarta for years, but this was my first stay here. It's easily one of the best values in the Zona. I recommend it and will definitely return.

The location, rooftop pool area, and breakfast service with Inez were great, but our stay at Hotel Pueblito Vallarta was disappointing overall. The room cleanliness and front desk service both fell short. The property has a lot of potential, though it could use a serious upgrade right now.

We spent 10 days here in January 2026, and the price was right. The hotel and rooms were clean, and the location in old downtown PV made it easy to walk anywhere. I'd stay here again on my next trip.
