Hotel Suites del Sol

We only managed to get one reservation at the à la carte restaurant, and the main course arrived with a long black hair in it. The hallways and pool area were dirty, our room was missing a bedside table, and the TV was broken. I was super disappointed with the service this year. Management did nothing to address any of my concerns during the whole vacation, so I won't be returning.

The beach views near the rooms, the lovely weather, and all the greenery around the resort made it a great place to stay. The all-inclusive experience was amazing, too. Five stars for a stay in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

We had an issue with the lock on our balcony, but the hotel quickly moved us to another room and made sure we were comfortable. The place was clean, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Staff spoke English, so communicating was easy. The pool is quite small, though the beach is only a five-minute walk away. I'd definitely return and recommend it.

My parents and about 30 other people were told to leave for “not paying,” even though they had paid in full. There was no warning, and they had to pay a premium to stay longer. My parents barely speak English and don't speak Spanish at all. We are still owed thousands of dollars, which we probably won't get back, and I'm now complaining to Mexican Tourism. These people are crooks. This was the worst part of Mexico. Stay far away and don't trust anyone working there, they'll rob you blind and smile while they do it.
