The lower-level restaurant is really nice, and the pool is okay, but for the price it feels like a rip off. The rooms look much older than the photos suggest, so don’t let the pictures fool you. Reception didn’t seem to want to be there. Avoid the fourth floor. It’s below the restaurant, and the noise is hard to escape. Staff start work at 7am and are super loud. There was barely any water pressure or temperature, no shampoo, no desks or drawers, and the ACs were super loud.

The check-in was quick and easy, which I appreciated, and service was fast. The rooms haven’t been renovated in a while, so it feels a little overpriced, but the restaurant is amazing.

Older and atmospheric, but clean and not expensive. The staff were great and helpful, and the central location is wonderful. There are two good restaurants on site, including a fantastic vegan one on the ground floor.

The room was spotless, and they cleaned it every day. There’s no microwave because the older building isn’t wired for one, but the front office staff went out of their way to find one so I could heat my food. They also found me some silverware. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Good job!

Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, and a nice hotel overall. The location works well if you enjoy walking, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, including one attached to the hotel. My only complaint was how limited the included breakfast was. The dishes were nice and healthy, but the choices were juice or coffee, a fruit bowl, and then oatmeal or chilequiles. After a week I wanted something different, but that meant ordering from the menu, which kind of defeats the point of paying for breakfast to be included.
