The rooftop pool is fantastic, the staff are very friendly, the building feels safe, and it’s centrally located. Still, I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. That ridiculous metal facade blocks what would otherwise be a stunning view from inside the units. I’m not sure what the architects were thinking, but it seems they cared about how it looks from outside and not the view looking out.

The penthouse we stayed in was spacious and well designed, and the inside of the building was clean and modern. The rooftop infinity pool, bar, gym, and other facilities were all clean, with panoramic views of Zona Romantica, Central, the ocean, and the mountain range. The location is prime too, just blocks from the beach, beside lots of local restaurants, and a quick hop from Centro. Locals call the building a cheese grater. I can see why, but I like the exterior facade since it also gives residents privacy.

The location makes it easy to reach all the best things, while keeping you away from places that’ll keep you awake all night. Such a great spot. The building staff are kind and welcoming, and they keep everything running smoothly.

A really impressive building, both in how it looks and how thoughtfully it works. Its distinctive facade adapts to shade the units while still letting in plenty of light. The street level has shaded, protected community access areas and commercial shops. It’s all well maintained and adds some flair to a part of town that otherwise feels uniform and short on design. It reminds me of some of the architecture in Mexico City.
