Ruben was a standout for me. He was so kind and helpful, checked in on us, showed us around, and made sure we were comfortable. He was especially patient and thoughtful with the elderly lady I was traveling with, and his piña coladas were the best I’ve ever had. The rest of the staff were also warm, professional, and clearly cared about their guests. The property is beautiful, with lovely pools and dreamlike sunsets, especially by the second pool. There’s also a huge jacuzzi on the rooftop with a great view. Each room has its own look and character, almost like a piece of art, and the whole place feels welcoming and carefully designed. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back.

Elizabeth and Francesca, the resident cats, were a delight, and the hotel’s quiet location made it easy to walk to everything. The breakfast was free and delicious, the two pools were beautiful, and Javier, Ivan, and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the charming, cool rooms and common areas with their authentic Mexican feel. This was the highlight of our recent trip to PV. We can’t recommend it enough!

Ivan and Veronica were there for us during a scary situation when an accident sent us to the hospital. They helped us and made sure we were okay, and we were so grateful. Javier was also fantastic, with great local knowledge and recommendations, and the bartender was such a sweet, funny guy whose company we always enjoyed. We had a memorable stay from check-in through checkout. The Rasputin room had everything we needed, and the balcony views were especially beautiful. We even caught a fireworks show one night. We’ll definitely stay here again, and be more careful next time.

Javier, who handles service, was welcoming and very helpful. The interior is quaint and distinctive, the rooms are good, and breakfast was good too. It’s on a quiet side street with trees, birds, and a dry river out front. The water issue is why I’m warning people. In both rooms, water from the shower ran across more than a quarter of the bathroom floor, despite the different glass doors. More seriously, the shower pressure was unreliable, and I got stranded with soap on me. At 11 pm, the water started weak, stopped completely, then came back in a strong burst after two minutes before dwindling to a trickle again. I told the manager the next morning. She didn’t seem surprised and said they’d try to fix it. When I asked later, she said it was fixed but couldn’t promise it wouldn’t happen again. I moved to a room on the other side of the hotel. Javier helped me, and we tested the shower before leaving the first room. It was still just a trickle. He agreed it hadn’t been fixed and said other rooms on that side had the same problem. That left me with the impression the issue might be ongoing. No one apologized during the whole process. At checkout, the manager waived the 12 USD charge for one breakfast because of the water problem, but still didn’t say sorry. Check ahead before booking.
