Mita Residential

For the first time in years, I actually got to be on vacation instead of coordinating everything. Mita Residential had all the details handled before we even landed: airport transportation brought us right to the front door, the house was ready, the team welcomed us warmly, and a private chef made every meal feel effortless. We could take our time with beach walks, late breakfasts, and long afternoons by the pool. My family reconnected because nobody was scrambling to organize things. The community felt secure and peaceful, and we were tucked away in our own little world, which made it easy to relax and be present. I’m usually the one arranging arrivals, stocking the fridge, and making sure everyone is fed and happy. If you’re on the fence, just book it. You’ll wish you’d done it sooner.

We’ve come back to Mita Residential, and plan to return again. Each stay has gotten better as our family has grown. Karla and the whole Mita Residential team took the time to understand what we needed and found the perfect home for us. Their service was exceptional from the time we reconnected with the team until after we got home. I’d highly recommend them for a Punta Mita vacation. You won’t be disappointed.

Do not book! We booked condo Jasmin through mita rentals. When the cartels broke out in war and Americans were stranded, they wouldn’t refund our trip, not even partially. They kept telling us it was safe. It saddens us to say they don’t care about our safety. I wouldn’t trust them!
