They kept my license at check-in and I didn't know they would. The room wasn't clean, and it was the worst one I've rented in Reynosa. I don't recommend staying here.

Everything is within walking distance, and the staff are trying hard. That's why I'm giving them some leeway, since there aren't many good hotels in Reynos. But the rooms have been very old and dirty for a long time, neighbors found bed bugs, and the pool is extremely dirty. I rarely see it cleaned.

There’s no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the place feels run down, like it hasn’t kept up with the times. It must have been beautiful once. Better maintenance would make it a good value and worth more.

Affordable, with Wi-Fi, cable, and continental breakfast for $70 pesos per person. It was fine for a night or two. The only issue was people staying up all night partying with loud music, or workers playing music at 6am. Apart from that, I was pleased with our stay. Thank you!

I liked the free meal they provide, with different kinds of eggs and coffee that tasted good. The rest was just okay at best. The rooms were old, and watching cable TV meant going to the main office to leave a 200 peso deposit. The internet was almost nonexistent. They gave us passwords for the supposed Wi-Fi, but one network wouldn't show up, and the other only worked right next to the main office.
