The only thing I can complain about is that the beds are kind of hard. Everyone at the hotel and restaurant was super nice, and they were patient with us even though we don't speak Spanish.

The restaurant was very good all three times we ate there. One late night, even after closing, they kindly brought us hot tea and bananas. The location is right on the main street, close to everything, and the parking felt secure. We had a great five-night stay at Royal Garden. The room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable bedding. The bathroom was clean too, with good shower pressure and enough hot water even after four showers in a row. We were there during a cold, rainy week in November, so I can't comment on the pool. I'd stay again if I needed a place in Reynosa.

My 92-year-old grandmother felt at home, with her private nurse, and the handicap access worked for her. We were there for five days. I had my own room and got my rest, and my mother was happy. The car was safe in the 24/7 security parking, and there was room service and free Wi-Fi. It felt like a friendly, quiet place for families. Breakfast was good, with lots of fresh fruit, oatmeal, and great coffee. The rooms and pool were clean. Thank you, Royal Garden.

At the teachers conference on October 28th-29th, there weren't enough cookies and coffee for everyone. They ran out.

The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the food came quickly and tasted delicious. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'd choose this place again for future visits to the city.
