A relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff are incredible. I encountered only one unfriendly person during my entire two weeks, January 19 to 30. Mateo, Hugo, Abdel, Alberto, Hacel, Emme, and Michelle were all amazing! The resort is modern and contemporary, with 74 rooms, its own restaurant, and indoor and outdoor snack areas. There are no sundries, which was surprising, but otherwise it has everything. There are three cold jacuzzis by the huge pool, with a constant waterfall and a very large pool bar. On the roof are two hot jacuzzis, a great infinity pool that is amazing at sunset, and a full bar and party area next to a very good-sized gym. The beach is small and quiet, with beds and chairs, and massages are available for an extra cost. The Ice Bar is next door and can be loud during the day. The food was decent, with some very good dishes and some that were not so good. If you choose the good items, the menu is great! The all-inclusive option is very much worth it. Food and drinks are always available and often brought to you, whether you are at the beach, around the pool, or in the snack area. I am a big fan and highly recommend it if you want a quieter, more relaxed all-inclusive stay. It is a 20-minute taxi or golf cart ride from the hotel to the ferry and north beach area, where the main shopping and restaurant district is. I enjoyed being farther from the main area and having a private beach. It is a ten-minute golf cart or taxi ride north of Punta Sur, a great place to catch the sunrise! An awesome resort, highly recommended! You have to want to stay in this part of the island. Some nights I went north for food or music to change things up. I do wish the room had a desk or a couch and coffee table, somewhere to sit and work. The bed was made of two double beds pushed together, so it was enormous and took up most of the room. I had an ocean-view balcony room and really enjoyed the balcony.

This hotel is truly amazing, with a great price, location, food, and staff. The restaurant has lovely, fancy, comfortable furniture, and the rooftop view is breathtaking. But what makes this hotel special is its employees. I came here with my husband, my mom, and my brother. I was recently diagnosed with cancer, and all the staff were so kind without knowing anything about it. They helped me forget everything and enjoy my trip. Francisco and Cassandra started things off in the lobby by helping us check in and offering a complimentary drink as soon as we arrived. Check-in was smooth and easy. They were helpful and friendly and gave us clear instructions and hotel rules. Cathy, Tere, and Janice from the spa came next, with their magic hands and beautiful energy. Their massages are the best, and I recommend them 100%. The restaurant and bar crew deserve first prize. They made our stay memorable. I work in hospitality in Canada and pay attention to little details most people might not notice. Hugo, Lupita, Alberto, the Rob Schneider lookalike, Carlos, a new guy who did not have a name tag on his shirt yet, and the bartender who always wore a hair net were all amazing, funny, caring, and full of good advice about things to do on the island. It felt like they genuinely cared about us. I did not meet anyone from the kitchen, but the food was delicious. These days it feels hard to find an all-inclusive with decent food, and this one was extremely worth it, a nine out of ten. My advice is not to change the food quality, since good food reviews are why we chose this hotel. Great job by the chef! I should specify that breakfast and dinner were amazing. The snack bar food was not very good, except for the ceviche and guacamole, which were great. The other snacks were not. All the drinks were very good, especially the classic margarita. If I could add one thing, it would be Baileys. Like many people around the world, I enjoy coffee with Baileys for breakfast while on vacation. It is a ritual to start the day. Mateo at the entrance was a great guy, very attentive and always making sure our taxi was ready or, if we had to wait, chatting with us. Last but not least, Maru did a very thorough housekeeping job. The room was spotless, and she did a great job decorating one of our rooms for my brother's birthday. There was just one guy who seemed unhappy when asked for a drink. At the same time, he is very young and does not understand how life works yet, so it was not a big deal. Overall, it was an amazing vacation. We will definitely come back if God allows me to. I love this place. It truly is paradise. Thank you, BELO and staff, for a memorable stay. ❤️

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. The room was rundown and dirty, and the shower had absolutely no water pressure. You literally could not shower. The food was terrible, the pool was cold, the hot tub was lukewarm at best, and the elevators were slow or broken. Our room had a coffee maker, but we were given only two coffee pods, one regular and one decaf. I called the front desk, and they said we could not get any more. At checkout, they claimed there had been blood on our sheets one day and showed me a close-up photo of someone's bedsheets. There was no way they were ours. I disputed the claim, but they argued with me and kept a $175 charge on my credit card. I have tried calling them several times without success. Do not stay at this hotel!

Hugo, Mateo, Eme, and the woman at the front desk with the really pretty jewelry were so kind! Their excellent service really stood out to me. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Isla Mujeres. It was all-inclusive, which I had not seen mentioned on the website, and there were several hot tubs. Everyone was very accommodating. The drinks were weak, but aside from that it was a 10/10 experience.

The hotel was great, and the service was really good. We were very pleased with our stay. Mateo was wonderful, and Arnold and Hugo also gave us great service. I wish I remembered more names, but we were very happy with everything. Some of the restaurant food could have been a little better, but we would definitely come back.
