I was in the room above reception for just one night. The hygiene was awful, and there were marijuana cigarettes in the room. The next day, after I left, I was covered in bed bug bites, all over my body.

We had no problems during our stay, and the upstairs rooms were really nice. The service was excellent, too. The pool is good for kids, and it works well if you're looking to have fun with friends. It's a very good hotel, and I'd definitely stay again.

The rooms were the one issue. One of them had trouble with the sink and AC. The staff were very friendly, though, and their attitude made a difference. I'd recommend the place.

It's a really nice place and close to the beach. The only thing I'd like to see added is a child safety lock on the door.

There were cockroaches in many of the rooms, and the room hygiene was very poor. In general, cleanliness was bad. There was no toilet paper, and the shower water was salty and kept cutting off. They also made me go up four floors to get towels, without telling me I was supposed to return them at reception.
