Rincón Resort

It looked so good that I considered booking a month here next year, and I'm glad I stayed before making that decision. The rooms looked lovely and the place is brand new and modern, but there were very few outlets. The kitchen counter had one, across from the stove, which was about a foot wide, so we couldn't use a coffee pot and toaster at the same time. We hardly had any hot water. It came on for about half an hour in the late afternoon, and even after maintenance came twice, there was none in the morning. I had to check out without a shower and boil water to wash dishes. The room was noisy, too. We could hear the man upstairs coughing and the shower running, so the insulation wasn't good. When I asked about compensation at checkout, they said we'd checked in early and had stayed part of the time for free. I'd asked the day before about coming early, and they told me to come anytime. This was a big disappointment, and I won't be booking for next year.
