A pleasant, nice place that's near downtown.

The owners are awesome and the staff are always great. It's a new building, and they're still finishing some things. You can easily walk to la penita or downtown Guayabitos.

The people here are really friendly, but the service is so-so. I found the rooms a bit dirty and the sheets stained, and it's somewhat far from the beach. Besides that, it's not all that great.

I chose to book here because there were hardly any guests and nobody was using the pool. Even so, I thought the pool water looked a little dirty.

We've stayed at these villas three times now. The area is peaceful, the rooms are spacious, and there's a spot to grill meat.
