The grounds are so spacious and green, with a really peaceful feel. We were treated very well, and breakfast was delicious. Adriana is a wonderful chef. My husband and I had a lovely stay, and we’d happily recommend the hotel and its service.

The reception team tried to help, though they seemed unsure about local information and the restaurant’s hours. We found the restaurant service unhelpful and the food only average. There’s plenty of outdoor space in a quiet setting, but the property needs more upkeep, especially the jacuzzi, which was quite cold.

The owner welcomed us herself and was both warm and helpful with information. Our room was a good size, air conditioned, and very clean. We liked the family-run feel, and the staff made our stay great. We’d recommend staying here. Thanks from Jorge Torres and family.

The owners looked after me really well and kept up with anything I needed. My room was tidied and the sheets changed every day. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. I’d recommend Hotel El Molino in Rio Verde, and Rio Verde itself too.

The restaurant and amenities were excellent, and we had a great time in the pool and temezcal. Set in a former sugar cane molino, the hotel has a nostalgic feel, with classic, very comfortable rooms. The grounds are neatly kept and relaxing. A lovely hidden gem.
