I paid $850 per night for a double room, and it felt like very good value. The place is comfortable, and I really liked it. The rooms are elegant, with air conditioning and a clean bathroom. There's a gym and a restaurant, though the restaurant costs extra. It's on the boulevard, about a 10-minute taxi ride from downtown Comitán. Highly recommended. 😎👍

We had air conditioning in our room, though we didn't need it since the weather was cool, around 14 to 21 degrees Celsius. The front desk staff were attentive, and the restaurant on the top floor looked clean and nice, though we didn't eat there. The location was good. The hotel has an elevator and three floors above the ground floor. Our room was clean, and the mattresses seemed to be in excellent condition, probably queen-size.

The elevator wasn't working, which was a problem in a four-story hotel, and the service is billed separately. That's why I'm giving it four stars. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, and it's good value for money. It's also easy to get to markets, ATMs, supermarkets, and transport to different tourist spots.
