Hotel La Estancia Spa

The garden is the one good thing here, it’s well cared for. Otherwise, the service was poor, the rooms smelled and were badly designed, and there was no working Wi-Fi in the rooms. The restaurant had a very limited menu, poor service, and food I found low quality, with painfully slow service. The pillows were lumpy and the covers felt like sandpaper. They accused me of leaving too few towels, then said one was too dirty, even though it had been raining and there were no mats. Everything gave me the impression they were choosing the cheapest products to maximize profit. It felt like they might charge me for breathing. This hotel isn’t worth the price.

We all loved the Temezcal, even my sons, who are 15 and 12. Afterward we covered the whole body in clay, rinsed it off, and finished with a sugar scrub. My fiancé Mario Dominguez especially loved that part. We felt brand new. Thank you.

We had a nice night here. The room was clean, with air conditioning and hot water, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The pool was clean and lovely too, and my husband and children loved it.

A great spot for gatherings. The cleaning staff started before our time there was over.
