We ended up loving our six-day stay, even though the other reviews had made us unsure at first. Adriana at the front desk made check-in easy and took time to find us the best room she could. She was so kind and accommodating. Our room had a very comfortable king bed, a clean bathroom and room, a big TV, a small fridge, and cold AC. The shower pressure was low at first, but maintenance fixed it. Breakfast had a decent selection, and Ms. Juanita and Ms. Jovita were sweet and helpful. I don't speak Spanish, but they always made sure I was taken care of. By day two they knew how many tacitos I wanted, plus some to go for my husband. We'll stay here again next time we're in Sabinas.

The breakfast tacos were so good, and breakfast was the only part of this hotel I liked. The beds were really hard, and the restroom hadn't been cleaned well. There were little curly hairs on the floor, which was disgusting. The customer service was good, but maybe stay somewhere else in Sabinas.

The staff are really helpful with whatever you need, and the rooms are always clean and cozy. A great hotel to stay at.

Adriana at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. Everything was great.

The beds were fine, but the pillows were awful. There weren't enough towels or any toilet paper in the room, so I had to go ask for things that should've already been there.
