Umbral, a Curio Collection by Hilton

The location was the cherry on top, and both restaurants on site served extremely delicious food. Room service was quick and friendly, and the front staff were helpful and kind. My husband and I spent four nights here, and the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The view from my room was spectacular, and the rooms were spacious, well organized, and extremely clean. They were cleaned and replenished daily. I can't say enough good things about this place. Special thanks to Mario for helping us throughout our stay!

For our last night, we had a really good dinner of fish and flan, with an espresso Martini. We also woke to a delicious breakfast on the rooftop. From 6:00 to 8:00 there were complimentary drinks, including beer, and free water all day. Eduardo checked us into our room early, and we absolutely loved the hotel from the moment we arrived. It's also a great choice for American platinum rewards: $300 half year credit, plus a ton of instant rewards and upgrades!

We were in Centro Histórico, within walking distance of major landmarks, good restaurants, and lively streets, and felt safe and well-connected. The hotel's location is unbeatable. Our large room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a spectacular view that made the stay feel calm and special. The rooftop views were great too. At Umbral, Curio Collection by Hilton, service was outstanding throughout, with a personal touch that can be hard to find in a big city. Victoria, who served us throughout our stay, was especially warm, attentive, and proactive, with thoughtful recommendations for places to visit and things to do. The design, service, and convenience made for a comfortable, memorable stay. We'd absolutely return.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and the rooftop restaurant was great. We stayed for a few days while visiting Mexico City for a concert in another part of the city. Our room was very nice, very clean, and had plenty of space. The historic district location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants, and the area seemed pretty safe. During our stay there happened to be a free concert at the central square. We could hear it from the room and see the fireworks. The airport ride was fairly easy, about 25-30 minutes. Street traffic and noise can be loud at night, but it was an amazing stay overall.
