The private path down to the beach was a real plus. It led to a beach that was never crowded and was very swimmable. This is a small hotel on a lovely property, with stunning views, a pool, and a restaurant. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. Jessica even lent us a water container for our dogs to use on day trips, and the place is pet friendly. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and the area was very well kept. I also had a lovely chat with a gentleman from New York, perhaps the owner, who was very helpful while I was brushing up on my Spanish and feeling a bit lost traveling alone in a new country. This was the first stop on my solo trip through Oaxaca, and I only have wonderful things to say about the experience. At first, I was in a very small room down on the beach. I felt a little uneasy because there didn’t seem to be any security, and there was no AC. I asked to move to the main hotel area, and they were happy to accommodate me. I felt much better there, and the second room was very clean and had air conditioning. Food service was a little slow, but that’s kind of the vibe in the area. I was there to relax and wasn’t in any hurry, so I was happy to sit on the patio and wait.

We loved it. The rooms were beautiful, the AC worked great, breakfast was yummy, and the pool was nice. There were beautiful ocean views, too. It’s in a tiny town with lovely remote beaches.
