It's a great American-style hotel near tuantepec, in a safe area close to Walmart and Toks, a great restaurant. The staff are excellent, the rooms clean, and the toilets modern. Showers are warm, though not hot.

It's basic but clean enough, with friendly staff and a decent, plentiful Mexican-style breakfast. The industrial estate location isn't somewhere I'd choose for a holiday. Given all the work crews staying at city express, it seems mainly suited to a quick overnight stay.

The room was dirty and the bathroom was a disaster. At breakfast, both coffee and hot water had run out by the time about a dozen guests had been served.

There’s barely any water pressure on the fourth floor, and the room had a strange smell. It’s a simple hotel, with no fridge in the room. It’s also a long way from the city center, with no restaurants nearby. The hotel only serves breakfast, on disposable plates and cups, which doesn’t feel very environmentally friendly.
