One Salina Cruz

The room was basic, clean and functional, with a comfortable bed that wasn’t too soft. Ours faced the back, so nights were quiet. The window doesn’t open, which meant keeping the A/C on all night. There’s free self-service laundry if you book a time slot. Breakfast was decent, though I wish they didn’t use disposable coffee cups. Parking is in reserved spots right in front of the hotel. It isn’t separated, but we had no problems overnight.

I stayed for two weeks and found it comfortable, and I’d gladly return. The location is handy, with stores and restaurants within walking distance, and the shuttle came in very handy. Rooms are clean, though small. You can use the washer and dryer yourself by booking an appointment. Breakfast was good, but could use more variety. Thanks to Andres, Juan, Alfonso, Gabby, Dona O and the other staff who were so accommodating and gave us excellent service.

I’ve been staying here since 2018, and I recommend ONE Salina Cruz for a few days of work or vacation in the area. It’s a straightforward, clean place with polite staff and breakfast included. The rooms are small but neat and uncluttered, and the air conditioning feels great after being out in the heat. It’s right by a mall where you can catch a movie or pick up something you forgot to pack, and it’s a good base for exploring El Istmo.

The location made things easy, with a movie theater, restaurants and Walmart nearby in a shopping and entertainment area. Breakfast was great and plentiful; you can schedule it and choose from a menu at check-in. The staff at One were friendly, professional and helpful. Pablo from customer service gave us useful information about the hotel and its services, and helped us get a taxi to where we needed to go. His English was excellent, which helped since my Spanish is poor. The beds were comfortable, the linen clean, the shower great and the room quiet. A great place for travelers or people in town for business. I’d come back if I’m in the area.
