Good value, with a great atmosphere throughout. The location worked perfectly for what I needed.

I've never had a worse stay as a diamond member. The room had been remodeled, but on my last day the shower was cold. About two liters of water ended up on the floor each day, no matter how carefully I tried to direct it. For three mornings in a row, the coffee was either gone or cold. It was only busy on the final day, and the dining area had just a few people at 7:00am on the other mornings. A hotel serving breakfast should have fresh coffee ready before opening. Please don't give me the same excuse that you're making it now. I had to check out early, and they wanted me to fill in a refund form. I refused, and they said getting the refund could take 30 days. I will not stay here again.

Getting here from the airport or the city was easy, and the wifi was fast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with soundproof windows, and the pool was clean too. Breakfast was delicious, and the fitness facilities were excellent. From the front desk to housekeeping, the staff were professional, helpful, and did a terrific job. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

The breakfast was fairly good, and they cleaned the rooms every day and left bottled water. The gym was spacious, but I had to go an hour early to turn on the AC or else work out in a sauna. The shower was a disgrace, old and clogged, with most of the water spilling out. Some rooms don't have fridges. In the corridor, there were big holes in the carpet right in front of my room, and it was quite dirty. The elevator was unbelievably slow, so I'm glad I could use the stairs. One morning we saw a huge dead cockroach under the table. Possibly the poorest hotel in this chain I've stayed at.
