Wyndham Garden Saltillo

The breakfast buffet was a highlight for me, with a full spread and lots of options. My room was clean, comfortable, and a great place to unwind, and the staff were friendly throughout. The location was excellent, close to everything. The hotel looks beautiful and elegant as soon as you arrive. I had a very good stay and would gladly visit again ⭐️👌

I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they improve some basic things. The rooms and hallways weren’t clean, and the dirty areas, unchecked details, and general rundown feel were noticeable as soon as I arrived. I also left a charger in my room. I reported it the next day after realizing it was missing, but there was no solution or meaningful follow-up. I wasn’t asking for anything unusual, just some basic attention or for them to take responsibility. Experiences like that say a lot about how the hotel is managed, especially housekeeping and supervision.

The staff at the lobby were friendly and attentive, and they made a considerate effort to replenish the breakfast buffet even after service had ended, while a large group was still there. We appreciated being able to eat. The hotel also felt quiet and comfortable, with clean rooms, good beds and pillows, and restful sleep. It’s practically brand new, and the tranquil decor and spotless condition are apparent right away. Some services were still being set up since the hotel hadn’t officially opened. They said the restaurant and bar would open soon, and some complimentary amenities were still in preparation. I saw that as part of a newly opened hotel still growing, not a complaint. It was a pleasant stay, and I’d come back next time I’m in Saltillo.
