I've stayed at Homewood suites Saltillo a few times and would absolutely recommend it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond. Ricardo at the front desk speaks fluent English and always made sure I was taken care of. I loved the clean outdoor pool. Breakfast was good, especially when I could sit in the sun by the pool. I'll definitely come back.

I spent two months here and have nothing but praise for the team and the excellent service. Everyone showed me so much kindness, attention, and professionalism. Thank you all for making my stay so good. Ricardo at reception and Antonio in the restaurant deserve special mention. They're wonderful people who go above and beyond, and their empathy, cheerfulness, and dedication made my days much better. A perfect 10 for them and the whole staff. I'm leaving with lovely memories and a lot of gratitude for everything I experienced here.

The room they first gave me wouldn't open because of a card problem. After I went back downstairs, they assigned me a dirty room with unmade beds, so I reported it and got another one. Then at 8 a.m. the cleaner opened the door to check whether it was occupied, while I was standing in the bathroom with the door open. She said she'd return to clean in 40 minutes, which annoyed me since checkout is at noon.

The service was top-notch, and we had a wonderful experience. The place is spotless, with good parking, foosball and billiards, and it's very kid-friendly. The pool is heated and has plenty of comfortable areas. The gym is super complete, the best I've ever been to.

I was here for work in the area. The blinds do a great job of blocking sunlight, and the facilities are very new. The staff are always friendly.
