Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Puebla

I usually don’t bother writing reviews, but Señor Carlos deserves a mention. He helped us at both the front desk and around the restaurant, and was friendly, attentive, and professional with us and the other guests. The rest of the staff were patient and helpful despite the language differences. Our room was clean and new, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast offered plenty of good choices.

I’ve come back several times while visiting my boyfriend, and every stay has been amazing. I’m comfortable with the staff now, and everyone is really friendly and nice. The food and drinks are all great. I’d recommend staying here 100%.

The shower felt a little small, and there’s no pool, but there are suites with bigger jetted tubs if you want a treat. Otherwise, it was a great experience all around, pretty much what you’d expect from a Hilton property.

We never actually stayed here. We tried for up to six months to arrange a reservation for five people, but the person who answered the phone didn’t seem interested in helping. When we asked about a discount for a longer stay, they basically said, “Book or don’t, we don’t have time for this.” The call was about five minutes long, so we took our business to the competition across the street.
