The staff moved me to a bigger bed, which was a nice touch. I liked the mix of colonial style and elegant Arabic details, with a real Mexican feel, and the place looked even better than the photos. They can arrange tours too. Breakfast is a buffet and super affordable at $6.

The staff were friendly and helped me sort out my airport trip. They also sell tours to the main attractions around the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet at night, and the location is right in the center of San Cristobal.

We only stayed one night, but the spacious room had hot running water 24/7 and the people were very kind. It’s a comfortable, cozy hotel about a 5-minute walk from downtown. Pets are welcome, and the restaurant has good vegan and vegetarian options.

The food was excellent, and the staff were absolutely amazing. I liked being able to walk to centro easily without staying amid the noise. My room was comfy and warm in winter, though ask for another cobija if you need one. The hot water and strong shower matter a lot to me when I travel. I also tried a specialty massage for 90 minutes for $25usd (500 peso), and there’s a jacuzzi pool in the teeny spa. I’ll definitely stay again.

The bun didn’t taste fresh, and the classic vegan burger was pretty plain. It cost the same as burgers with much more in them, which was disappointing. This review is about the restaurant.
