The hotel is in the historic center and the rooms were good. Reception staff seemed confused about everything, though, and assigned our room to another guest too. It was a big mistake and they didn’t apologize. Since it’s an NH franchise, I’d expect them to improve the staff’s attitude.

Our stay was terrible. The rooms were dirty, and the staff were unfriendly and no help at all. When we asked for early check-in, they offered us a cheaper room with no refund. My husband left his ID and a card in the room, and both disappeared after it was cleaned. We told the staff, but they showed no concern. This hotel doesn’t meet NH standards.

The shower had rust and calcium buildup, and the staff offered little help. We booked a suite for three, but the second bed wasn’t made. They acted as though that was normal, then made it up, but the mattress was so old and poor that my daughter, who weighs just 20kg, could feel the iron sticks inside it. We paid for a suite for three and all ended up sleeping in one bed. The service was unacceptable.

Dulce at reception was especially friendly. We had a lovely few days here, and breakfast was nice. I’d recommend it.

We left early because the rooms were dirty and smelled like oily food. The shower was filthy too. This isn’t a good hotel, and there are better places to stay in Puebla.
