The room’s fireplace was fantastic, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel has beautiful, cozy decor, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast comes with the stay, is fresh and delicious, and you can order à la carte. We’ll definitely return.

The hotel’s lovely decoration was a highlight. We were also given a map and a thorough guide to the inner city when we arrived. Breakfast was included, with a fantastic selection of fresh, delicious food and plenty of vegetarian options. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was the best hotel of our trip through Mexico. The rooms were spacious, everything was very clean, and the atmosphere was cozy. Fred and the whole team were friendly and listened carefully to all our needs, even our unrealistic arrival and departure times. Thanks!

Loved the hotel’s decor, though the photos don’t do it justice. They lock the door, so you just knock or ring the bell and someone comes to let you in. Staff were always available, and pointed us to good places to eat, shop, and sightsee within walking distance. They’ll make suggestions, but you can ask for something different too. You can choose breakfast from the menu, so it’s made fresh. If you can’t make breakfast, they’ll send you off with a box lunch if you give the front desk 24 hours’ notice. They also arrange airport pickup and drop-off for a fee, which they disclose when you book by email, phone, or in person. It’s not like a typical 5 star hotel in the USA, but the service is definitely 5 star. It was a great experience, and I wish we’d stayed longer. It costs more than other hotels, but I thought it was worth it. We’ll know better next time.
