We canceled the reservation more than a month before the July dates, back in June, but still haven’t received our refund or even a response. My brother booked rooms for our family trip in May and paid the hotel a deposit to secure them. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we couldn’t go. When we asked about the policy, we were told we’d get a refund if we canceled a month ahead. It’s October now, and we’ve been calling and emailing the manager, who keeps saying Thursday, Monday or next week. The lack of commitment is incredibly frustrating, and I’ve spent a fortune on phone calls. I hope they sort this out soon. If you’re planning to book here, DO NOT PAY ANY DEPOSIT. You don’t want to end up in the same situation.

The beds were so comfortable, and it was clean and quiet. We slept really well. The Wi-Fi signal could be stronger, since it doesn’t reach the rooms very well.

The rooms have a lovely design, and the place is beautiful. A few things need fixing, though: the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and the bench kept falling over. One room only had about three channels, while the others had the full programming. The staff were very friendly, and overall it’s a very good place.

The food is good, and hot water is always available, which is essential. It’s a lovely place with comfortable rooms.

The price is low, but the service could be better. My room was missing both towels and toilet paper when I checked in, and the Wi-Fi barely reaches.
