Way too expensive.

There’s no hotel parking, which is the main inconvenience. You may find a spot on the sidewalk, otherwise you’ll need to pay at the public lot behind the hotel or another lot. Apart from that, the location is excellent and the room prices are very reasonable. Rooms are spacious and well lit, the bathrooms are decent, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is continental, with coffee, tea, cereal, toast, a banana and an apple. There’s a small restaurant too, with good food at fair prices. The Wi-Fi is acceptable.

For 75 pesos each, we got an appetizer, main course, dessert and tamarind juice. The Aztec Soup was especially delicious. It’s a lovely place to eat, clean and beautifully decorated, with great music and excellent service. Really good value, highly recommended!

The place was clean, and the blankets were really comfortable. But showering took some effort: you had to call reception to switch on the water heater, then wait over 20 minutes for the water to heat properly. The showerhead wasn’t angled right, so water collected in a puddle. We could hear everything in the other rooms, too. And the price listed on Google Maps was wrong, the actual cost was higher.
